Delivery times are counted from dispatch and exclude weekends and public holidays. Stitched orders take about 15 working days to prepare before dispatch.

Questions

Where do I find my order number?

Your order number (for example #20512) is in the confirmation email we sent after checkout. If you can’t find it, check your spam folder or message us on WhatsApp with the name and phone number you ordered with.

My tracking hasn’t updated. What should I do?

Couriers usually update tracking within 24–48 hours of pickup. If there’s no movement after 2 working days, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we’ll chase it for you.

How long do stitched orders take?

Stitched orders are made to your measurements. For 1 to 2 suits, please allow about 15 working days before dispatch. We’ll send your tracking number as soon as it ships.

Can I change my address after ordering?

Yes, as long as the order hasn’t been dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp or email [email protected] with your order number and the new address as soon as possible.

Do international orders pay customs duties?

For the United States, duties are included with DHL delivery. For other countries, local duties or taxes may apply and are charged by the courier or customs on arrival.

Something is wrong with my order

We’re sorry. Within Pakistan you can return an order within 7 days of delivery under our Exchange & Returns policy. For anything else, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll make it right.
