You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You agree not to use the Site:

• In any way that violates any applicable local, national or international law or regulation.
• To exploit, harm or attempt to harm minors in any way, including by exposing them to inappropriate content or asking for personally identifiable information.
• To send, or arrange the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including "junk mail", "chain letters", "spam" or any similar solicitation.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Sahane, a Sahane employee, another user or any other person or entity.
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Site, or which, as determined by us, may harm Sahane or users of the Site or expose them to liability.

We reserve the right to end your use of the Site if you break any of these rules.

You are responsible for keeping your password and account confidential and for all activity under your account. Sahane is not liable for any loss or damage that results from your failure to protect your password or account.

The Site and its entire contents, features and functionality (including all information, software, text, displays, images, video and audio, and their design, selection and arrangement) are owned by Sahane.

These Terms allow you to use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material on the Site, except that:

• Your device may temporarily store copies of such material in memory while you view it.
• You may store files that your web browser caches automatically for display purposes.
• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, and not for further reproduction, publication or distribution.

To the extent permitted by law, Sahane makes no promise, express or implied, that the content on this Site is accurate, complete, up to date or does not infringe the rights of any third party.

Views expressed in user-generated content are those of the users and do not represent the views, opinions, beliefs or values of Sahane.

• You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when you buy from the Site, and to update it when needed.
• We may refuse any order. At our discretion, we may limit or cancel quantities bought per person, per household or per order, including orders placed under the same customer account, the same card, and/or the same billing or shipping address.
• You are financially responsible for all purchases made by you, or by someone acting on your behalf, through the Site.

Sahane makes reasonable efforts to keep this Site free from viruses and other harmful content, but we cannot guarantee that using it will not damage your computer or other device. It is your responsibility to use suitable equipment and software (including antivirus software) to use the Site safely.

Except where required by law, Sahane is not liable for any loss or damage caused by viruses or other harmful content accessed from or through the Site.

• Prepaid ready-to-wear and unstitched orders can be cancelled and refunded if the request is made before the order is shipped.
• Stitching (custom-tailored) orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided stitching has not started.
• Once stitching has begun or the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
• Orders delivered outside Pakistan are not eligible for return or refund after shipment.

Approved refunds are issued to your Sahane wallet or original payment method. A 5% service charge is deducted to cover payment gateway fees, bank charges and the administrative cost of processing the cancellation and refund. Sahane may decline cancellation requests that do not meet these conditions. See the full Order Cancellation Policy.

Sahane offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on orders delivered within Pakistan. If your suit arrives and you don't love it, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a refund.

• After 7 days, only an exchange is possible.
• Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags attached, and free of damage such as cuts, burns, stains or shrinkage. We may refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
• A Rs. 250 handling fee is deducted from your refund or store credit to cover courier and packing costs.
• Stitched (custom-tailored) orders and international orders are not eligible for return or refund.

Your use of the Site and any personal information you share with us is covered by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to third parties.

We may change or update these Terms at any time. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the revised Terms, so please review this page from time to time.
