ORDER CANCELLATION

Sahane allows order cancellations under specific conditions. Prepaid ready-to-wear orders may be cancelled and refunded if the request is made before the order is shipped. For stitching (custom-tailored) orders, cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of order placement, provided the order has not entered the stitching process. Once stitching has begun or the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible. Orders delivered outside Pakistan are not eligible for return or refund after shipment.

Approved refunds will be issued to the Sahane wallet or original payment method, and a 5% service charge will be deducted to cover payment gateway transaction fees, bank processing charges, and administrative costs related to processing the cancellation and refund. Sahane reserves the right to decline cancellation requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in the policy.

EXCHANGE & REFUND

Sahane offers a 14-day exchange policy for eligible items. We understand that sometimes clothing items may not meet your expectations, which is why we want to give you the opportunity to exchange your purchase for a different size, color, or item altogether within 14 days of the original delivery date.

If you wish to exchange an item, it must be in its original condition with all tags attached and show no signs of wear or damage. We will not accept exchanges for any item that has been washed, dried, damaged, or stained in any way. This includes items that have been damaged or shrunk in a dryer. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet these criteria.
