At Sahane, we aim to keep our cancellation process simple and transparent. Please read the policy below carefully before placing your order.
Ready-to-Wear/Unstitched Orders
✅ Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)
Prepaid orders placed for Ready-to-Wear/Unstitched Orders can be cancelled if the order has not been shipped. Once cancelled, the full amount can be added to your Sahane wallet or can be refunded to the original payment method.
❎ Order Cancellation (After Shipment)
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refer to the Return Policy (if applicable within Pakistan).
Stitching Orders (Custom-Tailored Orders)
Stitching orders require fabric cutting and customization; therefore, different rules apply.
⏳ Cancellation Window
Stitching orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement only. After 24 hours, cancellation will not be accepted.
✅ Refund Eligibility
Prepaid stitching orders may be refunded if:
-The request is made within 24 hours, and
-The order has not entered the stitching process.
❎ Non-Refundable Cases
Once the stitching process has started, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Stitching orders are not eligible for return or refund after delivery, under any circumstances.
International Orders (Outside Pakistan)
- Orders delivered outside Pakistan are not eligible for cancellation after shipment.
- We do not offer returns or refunds on international deliveries.

Prepaid international (unstitched/RTW) orders can only be cancelled if they have not been shipped.
How to Request Cancellation
To request a cancellation:
1. Contact our Customer Support team [email protected] within the allowed time frame.
2. Provide your order number along with the reason for cancellation.
3. Cancellation requests will only be processed during working hours.
Important Notes
- The order amount can be added to the Sahane wallet immediately.
- In case of bank refunds, processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- A 5% service charge will be deducted from all approved refunds to cover bank processing, administrative, and handling costs associated with cancellation and reversal
- Sahane reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests that do not meet the above conditions.
